Chavalit Fred Tsao

Chavalit Fred Tsao has been the Chairman of IMC Pan Asian Alliance Group since 1995. He joined his family business and started his maritime career at age 20. Under his stewardship, IMC has evolved from a traditional shipping business to one focused on integrated industrial supply chains and encompasses lifestyle/real estate, investments and community development, with diverse business interests in more than 17 countries. Fred is the co-author of Quantum Leadership: New Consciousness in Business with Chris Laszlo. In this book, Fred argues that current approaches to leadership fail to produce positive outcomes for either businesses or the communities they serve.
