Flourish Prizes

The Flourish Prizes are each year's culminating event for AIM2Flourish, a Fowler Center initiative that recognizes the positive impact of today's business leaders while changing the way tomorrow's leaders are taught.

Through the lens of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (Global Goals) and under the guidance of our faculty network, students worldwide use Appreciative Inquiry (strengths-based interviews) to identify models of business innovation that promote economic prosperity while contributing to a healthy world and human well-being. Students document these innovations in stories that are published on AIM2Flourish.com to serve as sources of inspiration to others.

The 2021 Flourish Prizes celebrate the 17 best-of-the-best business innovations profiled on the AIM2Flourish site during the 2020 calendar year.

The 2021 Flourish Prize finalists are available here. This year we celebrated 77 finalists. We are so proud of all of our universities, professors, and students for participating in this program and helping to lift up and share stories of business innovation for the global good.

Our 2021 Flourish Prize Honorees will be honored and celebrated at the Fowler Center's Fifth Global Forum for Business as an Agent of World Benefit, to be held virtually, October 19th-28th, 2021.
